Toy Story 4 and Animal Crossing | Script Of Myth Weekly Recap

Ok listen up you turkeys, you probably have missed a lot this week with finally being on a break, but have no fear because I am here! Read below for some of the top stories of the week.

1) One week ago, Marvel’s newest Netflix original, The Punisher, was released. The show is amazing, but something else that was released in the past week was Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp which fans of the series are going crazy for. Me personally, I prefer my animals crossing my table as I go to eat them (Man I love some turkey!). Anyway, go check out both this mobile game and this awesome Netflix show.

2) This past week also marked the launch of the newest installment in the Watchmen series, Doomsday Clock. The series was preluded in Batman and Flash earlier in the year with the four-comic run called “The Button”. Reviews are saying it is a Watchmen story that is definitely living up to the original Alan Moore series, but I personally believe that you should go to your local comic shop and experience it for yourself. (Stay tuned, I will post a review later on in the week)

3) People finally start to rebel against Microtransactions!!!!! EA took microtransactions out of Battlefront 2 temporarily to please the consumers. This is huge news because this should convince us, the consumers, that we do not have to put up with some of the stuff game developers do. We can start our own rebellion... if anyone is interested it will be star war themed and it will cost you $60 plus some other transactions down the line, this is payable to me (this is a joke, but please send money if you would like).

4) Indie game, To the Moon, is getting a full sequel. A teaser trailer has come out for it, and even announced the release date of it! The sequel will be titled “Finding Paradise” and will be available Dec. 14.

5) Toy Story 4 writer, Rashida Jones, dropped out of the new installment of Toy Story because Pixar is “…a culture where women and people of color do not have an equal creative voice.” This idea is still crazy to still be in our culture especially in a place where some of greatest movies from our childhood came from… completely insane.
